The Registry of Oncology Outcomes Associated With Testing and Treatment
This study is to collect and validate regulatory-grade real-world data (RWD) in oncology using the novel, Master Observational Trial construct. This data can be then used in real-world evidence (RWE) generation. It will also create reusable infrastructure to allow creation or affiliation with many additional RWD/RWE efforts both prospective and retrospective in nature.

The Role of Ruxolitinib in Secondary Acute Myelogenous Leukemia Evolving From Myeloproliferative Neoplasm
This trial aimed to investigate the therapeutic efficacy of ruxolitinib in combination with cytotoxic chemotherapy for post-myeloproliferative neoplasm secondary acute myeloid leukemia.

Tissue, Blood, and Body Fluid Sample Collection From Patients With Hematologic Cancer
RATIONALE: Collecting and storing samples of tissue, blood, and body fluid from patients with cancer to study in the laboratory may help the study of cancer in the future. PURPOSE: This research study is collecting and storing blood and tissue samples from patients being evaluated for hematologic cancer.

Treatment Free Remission After Combination Therapy With Ruxolitinib Plus Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors
The purpose of this study is to determine if adding Ruxolitinib to a Tyrone Kinase Inhibitor (TKI), prior to a second attempt at stopping a TKI will lead to prolonged treatment free remission (TFR).

Treatment With Olverembatinib in CML-CP Patients Who Failed to at Least Two Previously Administered Second-generation TKIs.
The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of olverembatinib(HQP1351) in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase (CML-CP) who are resistant and/or intolerant to at least two second-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitors. The efficacy of olverembatinib is determined by evaluating the major molecular responses(MMR) at the and of 12 months.

TyrosIne Kinase Inhibitors in Chronic Myeloid Leukemia: Efficacy and Tolerability. The TIKlet Study
Rationale The pharmacokinetics of imatinib and nilotinib, two BCR/Abl tyrosine-kinase inhibitors (TKI), is variable among patients suffering from chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Transmembrane transporters may play a pivotal role in interindividual variability in TKI disposition. Furthermore, minimum plasma concentrations (Cmin) higher than 1 mg/L could be associated with a higher likelihood of molecular and cytogenetic responses. The TIKlet study is aimed at evaluating correlations among the pharmacogenetics, pharmacokinetics and treatment efficacy/tolerability of imatinib and nilotinib in CML patients. 1....

Umbilical Cord Blood Transplantation Using a Myeloablative Preparative Regimen for Hematological Diseases
This is a treatment guideline for an unrelated umbilical cord blood transplant (UCBT) using a myeloablative preparative regimen for the treatment of hematological diseases, including, but not limited to acute leukemias. The myeloablative preparative regimen will consist of cyclophosphamide (CY), fludarabine (FLU) and fractionated total body irradiation (TBI).

Understanding the Risk of Blood Clots and Bleeding in Patients With Hematological Malignancies, HAT Study
This study evaluates the risks and experience of blood clots and bleeding in patients with blood cancers. While it is standard of care to use medications to reduce the risk of blood clots in hospitalized individuals, some patients with blood cancers have low platelet counts that can increase the concern for bleeding complications associated with these medications. At this time, the optimal management strategies for blood clots are not well known for patients with blood cancers. This pilot study evaluates additional information that could help doctors know which patients are at highest risk for blood clots.

Unrelated Umbilical Cord Blood Stem Cell Combined With Azacitidine Based Treatment for Advanced MDS,CMML-2 and sAML
This research is being done to study the efficacy and safety of unrelated umbilical cord blood stem cell microtransplantation combined with azacitidine(AZA) based treatment for advanced myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS), Chronic myelomonocytic leukemia-2(CMML-2) and secondary acute myeloid leukemia(sAML). The study protocol involved unrelated umbilical cord blood stem cell combined with azacitidine based treatment, which including azacitidine alone and azacitidine plus a targeted agent or chemotherapy agent.
