Healthy volunteers are participants who do not have a disease or condition, or related conditions or symptoms

An interventional clinical study is where participants are assigned to receive one or more interventions (or no intervention) so that researchers can evaluate the effects of the interventions on biomedical or health-related outcomes.

An observational clinical study is where participants identified as belonging to study groups are assessed for biomedical or health outcomes.

Searching Both is inclusive of interventional and observational studies.

You can narrow your results further by searching each trial’s description for a specific word. Keep in mind that this will search the full description. We recommend carefully reviewing each trial information to ensure that it is an appropriate fit for you.

  • Trial of 2 Step ATG for Prevention of Acute GVHD Post Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplant

In an effort to reduce graft versus host disease (GVHD) and enhance graft versus leukemia (GVL) effect post allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT), recent research has focused on host immune cell depletion. Frame shifting anti-thymocyte globulin (ATG) backwards to earlier days before days 0 can result in deeper host and less graft T-cell depletion, leading to better immune reconstitution. Preliminary data where 80% of the ATG dose is given on days -6,-5,-4 and 20% given on day -1, showed effective prevention of severe acute GVHD, chronic GVHD and favorable early immune reconstitution. We hypothesize that our 2 step...

  • The Randomized Study of Dasatinib and High-Dose Imatinib (600mg) in Suboptimal Responder

Research Hypothesis: Treatment with dasatinib 100 mg QD is superior to imatinib 600 mg QD in terms of complete cytogenetic response (CCyR) in chronic phase (CP) Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) subjects who are imatinib failures or who have achieved only a suboptimal response after 3-18 months (12-77 weeks) of therapy with imatinib 400 mg. Primary Objective: The primary objective of this study is to compare the rate of CCyR of dasatinib (100mg QD) to high-dose imatinib (600 mg QD) therapy at 6 months after randomization in CP Ph+ CML subjects who are imatinib failures or who have...

  • The Registry of Oncology Outcomes Associated with Testing and Treatment

This study is to collect and validate regulatory-grade real-world data (RWD) in oncology using the novel, Master Observational Trial construct. This data can be then used in real-world evidence (RWE) generation. It will also create reusable infrastructure to allow creation or affiliation with many additional RWD/RWE efforts both prospective and retrospective in nature.
