Tagraxofusp and Decitabine for the Treatment of Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia
This phase I/II trial studies the side effects, best dose, and effect of tagraxofusp and decitabine in treating patients with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia. Tagraxofusp consists of human interleukin 3 (IL3) linked to a toxic agent called DT388. IL3 attaches to IL3 receptor positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers DT388 to kill them. Chemotherapy drugs, such as decitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Testing the Effect of Taking Ruxolitinib and CPX-351 in Combination for the Treatment of Advanced Phase Myeloproliferative Neoplasms
This phase I/II trial studies the best dose of ruxolitinib when given together with CPX-351 and to see how well they work in treating patients with accelerated phase or blast phase myeloproliferative neoplasm. Ruxolitinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. CPX-351 is a mixture of 2 chemotherapy drugs (daunorubicin and cytarabine) given for leukemia in small fat-based particles (liposomes) to improve the drug getting into cancer cells. Giving ruxolitinib and CPX-351 may work better in treating patients with secondary acute myeloid leukemia compared to CPX-351 alone.

Testing the Effects of Novel Therapeutics for Newly Diagnosed, Untreated Patients With High-Risk Acute Myeloid Leukemia (A MyeloMATCH Treatment Trial)
This phase II MyeloMATCH treatment trial tests whether the standard approach of cytarabine and daunorubicin in comparison to the following experimental regimens works to shrink cancer in patients with high risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML): 1) daunorubicin and cytarabine liposome alone; 2) cytarabine and daunorubicin with venetoclax; 3) azacitidine and venetoclax; 4) daunorubicin and cytarabine liposome and venetoclax. "High-risk" refers to traits that have been known to make the AML harder to treat. Cytarabine is in a class of medications called antimetabolites. Dr. PCR™ BCR-ABL1 Major IS Detection Kit (Optolane, South Korea) is one of CE-IVD commercial kits based on digital RT-PCR. Both commercial kits are digital PCR-based, also evaluated their correlation, pros and cons in order for users to select a reagents kit that are appropriate for themselves.

The National Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) Study
Multi-center study enrolling patients suspected or newly diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), myelodysplastic syndromes/myeloproliferative neoplasms (MDS/MPN) overlap disorder, or idiopathic cytopenia of undetermined significance (ICUS). Participants will be followed long term. Clinical data, blood, and tissue samples will be collected to establish a biorepository to facilitate the study of the natural history of MDS.

The Pediatric Acute Leukemia (PedAL) Screening Trial - A Study to Test Bone Marrow and Blood in Children With Leukemia That Has Come Back After Treatment or Is Difficult to Treat - A Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Children's Oncology Group Study
This study aims to use clinical and biological characteristics of acute leukemias to screen for patient eligibility for available pediatric leukemia sub-trials. Testing bone marrow and blood from patients with leukemia that has come back after treatment or is difficult to treat may provide information about the patient's leukemia that is important when deciding how to best treat it, and may help doctors find better ways to diagnose and treat leukemia in children, adolescents, and young adults.

The Prospective Collection, Storage and Reporting of Data on Patients Undergoing Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Utilizing a Standard Preparative Regimen
To provide the IRB approved mechanism for the prospective collection, analysis and reporting of data on patients who are undergoing either an autologous or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant for a disease in which a research question is not being addressed and for which peer reviewed, published data have demonstrated efficacy for this treatment approach.
