Healthy volunteers are participants who do not have a disease or condition, or related conditions or symptoms

An interventional clinical study is where participants are assigned to receive one or more interventions (or no intervention) so that researchers can evaluate the effects of the interventions on biomedical or health-related outcomes.

An observational clinical study is where participants identified as belonging to study groups are assessed for biomedical or health outcomes.

Searching Both is inclusive of interventional and observational studies.

You can narrow your results further by searching each trial’s description for a specific word. Keep in mind that this will search the full description. We recommend carefully reviewing each trial information to ensure that it is an appropriate fit for you.

  • Study of Treatment Free Remission in Patients With Chronic Myeloid Leukemia in Chronic Phase

The principal aim of this study is to evaluate complete molecular remission in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in deep molecular response after stopping tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) treatment. The second aim is to characterize the immunological status of patients with CML at the time of TKI interruption and then at 3 months after the interruption.

  • Study of Venetoclax and Azacitidine in Advanced BCR-ABL Negative Myeloproliferative Neoplasms

The purpose of this research study is to look at how safe and useful a drug called azacitidine in combination with a drug called venetoclax, is in people with accelerated or blast phase BRC-ABL negative myeloproliferative neoplasms.

  • Study to Assess SLN124 in Patients With Polycythemia Vera

This is a Phase 1/2, multicenter study with an open-label dose escalation followed by a randomized placebo controlled and double-blind phase of SLN124 in adult patients with Polycythemia Vera (PV) to assess the safety, tolerability, efficacy, pharmacokinetic (PK), and Pharmacodynamic (PD) response of SLN124.

  • Study to Determine the Dose and Safety of Asciminib in Pediatric Patients With Chronic Myeloid Leukemia

The aim of this study is to support development of asciminib in the pediatric population (1 to <18 years) previously treated with one or more TKIs. Full extrapolation of the efficacy of asciminib from adult to pediatric patients will be conducted. Full extrapolation is based on the concept that CML in the pediatric population has the same pathogenesis, similar clinical characteristics and progression pattern as in adults.

  • Study to Identify and Describe Predictive Factors for Thromboembolic Events in Patients With High-risk Polycythemia Vera

This is a prospective observational study that will enroll patients with high-risk Polycythemia Vera (PV) with at least one Thromboembolic Event (TE) after diagnosis or up to 2 years prior to diagnosis. This is a non-randomized study, and to ensure a sufficient number of patients in both cohorts, enrollment in each cohort will be terminated once the target of 150 patients has been reached.
