Healthy volunteers are participants who do not have a disease or condition, or related conditions or symptoms

An interventional clinical study is where participants are assigned to receive one or more interventions (or no intervention) so that researchers can evaluate the effects of the interventions on biomedical or health-related outcomes.

An observational clinical study is where participants identified as belonging to study groups are assessed for biomedical or health outcomes.

Searching Both is inclusive of interventional and observational studies.

You can narrow your results further by searching each trial’s description for a specific word. Keep in mind that this will search the full description. We recommend carefully reviewing each trial information to ensure that it is an appropriate fit for you.

  • CD34 Selection Using the Automated CliniMACS Prodigy

Patients with graft failure or delayed engraftment may benefit from a hematopoietic stem cell boost or an additional hematopoietic stem cell transplantation procedure. In such settings standard immune suppression strategies are avoided due to their myelosuppressive nature. Therefore those patients are at increased risk of graft versus host disease, and the infusion of a CD34 selected graft would reduce such a risk. The infusion of CD34 selected graft using CliniMACS plus is currently FDA FDA-approved indication for acute myeloid leukemia. However, the use of the Prodigy would streamline the processing, in terms of hands-off procedure, ...

  • Clinical Study of Asciminib in Previously Treated Indian Patients With Ph+ CML-CP Without T315I Mutation and in Patients With Ph+ CML-CP With T315I Mutation

The Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) has granted approval for Asciminib film-coated 40 mg tablets on 20 Oct 2023 with the condition to perform a Phase IV clinical study in Indian patients with Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase (Ph+ CML-CP) per the India Prescribing Information (PI). The purpose of this prospective, multicenter, single-arm, open-label, Phase IV study is, therefore, to confirm the safety and efficacy of Asciminib in Indian patients with Ph+ CML-CP (without threonine-315 residue with isoleucine [T315I] mutation), previously treated with 2 or more tyrosine kinase...

  • Combination of Tagraxofusp With Pacritinib in Patients With Intermediate-1 or Higher Myelofibrosis, Who Have Had Prior Therapy With the Approved JAK Inhibitors or in Which Therapy With the Approved JAK Inhibitors is Not Appropriate, Contraindicated or Declined

The goal of this open-label, single-center, pilot trial is to test the combination of Tagraxofusp (TAG) with Pacritinib (PAC) in patients with intermediate-II or higher myelofibrosis (MF), who have had prior therapy with the approved JAK1/2 inhibitor or in which therapy with the approved JAK1/2 inhibitors is not appropriate, contraindicated or declined by the subjects. The Primary Objective is to: 1. Characterized efficacy of the combination of Tagraxofusp and Pacritinib. The Secondary Objective is to: 1. characterize the safety profile of the combination Tagraxofusp and Pacritinib. 2, Characterize the...

  • Darzalex Faspro (Daratumumab and Hyaluronidase-fihj) Before Standard Desensitization and Allogeneic Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplantation in Adult Patients at High-risk for Primary Graft Failure Secondary to Donor Specific Antibodies

This research is being done to investigate the safety and effectiveness of Darzalex Faspro (daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj) (a monoclonal antibody that targets plasma cells that make antibodies) and whether it can lower donor specific antibodies (DSA) levels to low enough levels to permit patients to proceed with allogeneic peripheral blood transplant (alloBMT). Those being asked to participate have high DSA levels that puts those being asked to participate at high risk of rejecting the available donor's blood stem cells and making those being asked to participate ineligible to receive a stem cell transplant.
