A Study to Evaluate Safety and Efficacy of Bomedemstat (MK-3543-017)
The primary purpose of the study is to transition participants into an extension study to collect long-term safety and efficacy data. The study will include participants who are safely tolerating bomedemstat, receiving clinical benefit from its use in estimation of the investigator, and have shown the following criteria: - Participants from the IMG-7289-202/MK-3543-005 (NCT05223920) study must have received at least 6 months of treatment with bomedemstat; - Essential thrombocythemia (ET) and polycythemia vera (PV) participants from studies other than IMG-7289-202/MK-3543-005 must have achieved confirmed...

A Study to Evaluate Sapablursen (Formerly ISIS 702843, IONIS-TMPRSS6-LRx) in Patients With Polycythemia Vera
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of sapablursen in reducing the frequency of phlebotomy and in improving quality of life assessments in participants with polycythemia vera.

A Study to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics and Clinical Activity of Imetelstat in Combination With Ruxolitinib in Participants With Myelofibrosis
The purpose of the study is to identify the recommended Part 2 dose (R2PD) of imetelstat in combination with ruxolitinib in participants with myelofibrosis (MF) in Part 1, and to evaluate the safety and clinical activity of the R2PD of imetelstat in combination with ruxolitinib in participants with MF in Part 2.

A Study to Investigate Tolerability and Efficacy of Asciminib (Oral) Versus Nilotinib (Oral) in Adult Participants (≥18 Years of Age) With Newly Diagnosed Philadelphia Chromosome Positive Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia in Chronic Phase (Ph+ CML-CP)
The study is designed to compare the tolerability of asciminib versus nilotinib for the treatment of newly diagnosed, previously untreated patients with Positive Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia in Chronic Phase (Ph+ CML-CP).

A Study Using Subject-specific MRD to Adopt Treatment After HSCT for Subjects With MDS
The goal of this interventional study is to evaluate if pre-emptive intervention using Azacitidine and / or donor lymphocytes or tapering of immune suppression in measurable residual disease (MRD) positive subjects can prevent clinical relapse. Participants will undergo MRD surveillance and be subjected to intervention in case of MRD positivity. Results will be compared with NMDSG14B, part one, in which MRD was analyzed in included patients without recieving intervention.

ASTX727 and Dasatinib for the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Philadelphia Chromosome or BCR-ABL Positive Chronic Myeloid Leukemia in Chronic Phase
This phase II trial studies the effect of ASTX727 and dasatinib in treating patients with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome or BCR-ABL positive chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase. Philadelphia chromosome positive and BCR-ABL positive are types of genetic mutations (changes). Chemotherapy drugs, such as ASTX727, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Dasatinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. ASTX727 and dasatinib may help to control Philadelphia ...

AVAJAK: Apixaban/Rivaroxaban Versus Aspirin for Primary Prevention of Thrombo-embolic Complications in JAK2V617F-positive Myeloproliferative Neoplasms
Philadelphia-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) are frequent and chronic myeloid malignancies including Polycythemia Vera (PV), essential thrombocythemia (ET), Primary Myelofibrosis (PMF) and Prefibrotic myelofibrosis (PreMF). These MPNs are caused by the acquisition of mutations affecting activation/proliferation pathways in hematopoietic stem cells. The principal mutations are JAK2V617F, calreticulin (CALR exon 9) and MPL W515. ET or MFP/PreMF patients who do not carry one of these three mutations are declared as triple-negative (3NEG) cases even if they are real MPN cases. These diseases are at high risk of...

Azacitidine and Enasidenib in Treating Patients With IDH2-Mutant Myelodysplastic Syndrome
This phase II trial studies the side effects and how well azacitidine and enasidenib work in treating patients with IDH2-mutant myelodysplastic syndrome. Azacitidine and enasidenib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

Azacitidine and Quizartinib for the Treatment of Myelodysplastic Syndrome or Myelodysplastic/Myeloproliferative Neoplasm With FLT3 or CBL Mutations
This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of quizartinib when given with azacitidine and to see how well they work in treating patients with myelodysplastic syndrome or myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasm with FLT3 or CBL mutations. Chemotherapy drugs, such as azacitidine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Quizartinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving azacitidine and quizartinib may help to control myelodysplastic syndrome ...
